Reciprocal Agreement of Simplification of the Requirement for obtaining the National Beauty Champion – Conditions
CMKU has signed this Reciprocal Agreement about simplified conditions for Czech Champion for dogs in held of members FCI Kennel Clubs listed below.
I.
The aim of this agreement is the simplification of the requirements for
obtaining the title of national Beauty Champion and national Junior Champion
for dogs owned by members of the canine organizations in the countries party to
this agreement (hereinafter “contracting parties”).
II.
The contracting parties herewith undertake to simplify their requirements for
obtaining the title of national Beauty Champion and national Junior Champion
for dogs owned by members of the contracting parties from the date of entry
into force of this agreement.
III.
a) For the dogs of the breeds, which are not subject to working trials to be
eligible for the title of International Beauty Champion owned by members of the
contracting parties, the awarding of one CAC suffices for obtaining the title
of national Beauty Champion of the country of a contracting party, subject to
the condition of being the national Beauty champion of the other contracting
party’s country before CAC awarding from the date of entry into force of this
agreement.
b) For the dogs of the breeds, which are subject to working trials to be
eligible for the title of International Beauty Champion owned by members of the
contracting parties, the awarding of one CAC Suffices for obtaining the title
of national Beauty Champion of the country of a contracting party, subject to
the condition of being the national Beauty Champion of the other contracting
party’s country before CAC awarding from the date of entry into force of this
agreement. The title will be awarded under the condition of presenting a
certificate proving a successful completion of the prescribed working trial.
c) For the dogs of the breeds, which are not recognized by F.C.I. but are
recognized by the contracting parties owned by members of the contracting
parties, the awarding of one CAC suffices for obtaining the title of national
Beauty Champion of the country of a contractor, subject to the condition of
being the national Beauty Champion of the other contracting party’s country
before CAC awarding from the date of entry into force of this agreement.
IV.
For the dogs owned by members of the contracting parties the awarding of one
CAJC suffices for obtaining the title of national Junior Champion of the
country of a contractor, subject to the condition of being Junior Champion of
the other contracting party’s country from the date of entry into force of this
agreement.
V.
Article III. a) – c) and Article IV. of this agreement will be applied to dogs
owned by members of the contractors only under identical conditions of
reciprocity.
VI.
Obtaining of the title according to Article III. a) - c) and Article IV. is
subject to the conditions that the CAC (CAJC) was not awarded to the dog by a
judge coming from the same country as the dog.
VII.
This agreement enters into force on the day of the signature of the contractors.
